Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

All domestic orders are sent via standard Tracked postage, cost of postage varies due to weight of items.

Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days within Australia and Express up to 2/3 days. All orders are dispatched within a few days of purchase or next day Express. Please note, during sale periods/busy times, there may be some delays. You will receive an email from Australia Post letting you know that your order has shipped along with a tracking number. 

  • Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping

  • you have an option to pay for EXTRA COVER on all orders over $100 at checkout which varies on the items value, this will cover you for up to 5,000 and you must go through Australia Post website to make your claim if your parcel goes missing during transit or is damaged. if you choose not to choose this option you are responsible for lost or missing parcels.

  • you can choose signature on delivery to ensure a safe way to recieve parcels also.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:

  • All orders are sent via TStandard Tracked INTERNATIONAL cost varies by weight

  • Delivery between 10-14  business days. (longer during covid times) Express is 3-4 days

  • Trackable via the Australia Post website.

  • A phone number MUST be provided upon purchase.

  • All orders are dispatched between 1-3 days of purchase date. Please note, during sale periods/busy times, there may be some delays. You will receive an email from Australia Post letting you know that your order has shipped and you’re tracking number.

  • Signature required on delivery for express parcels. If you are not at home to receive, the package will be delivered to your local post office and a delivery slip left with pickup details. You will need identification to collect.

  • Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping. 

  • you have options to choose EXTRA COVER price varies according to the cost if items, this covers you for any loss and damge up to 5,000. you must make a claim through Australia Post website. if you choose not to add this option you are responsible for any loss & damage.
  • you have a choice to add SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY (free if express post payed) to ensure a safe delivery

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Generally Worn will declare the full value on all international orders and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
